A set of hashing routines

The routines HASHA, HASHB, HASHC and HASHE provide a Fortran hashing tool. They are system dependent in that they rely on the number of bytes used to represent an integer within the particular Fortran dialect used. This number of bytes is set in the parameter NBYTES in the configuration files all.cf and/or <your_system>.cf, found under $MYSIFDEC/config. If your Fortran compiler uses an ``unorthodox'' number of bytes for its integers, you will have to change the value of NBYTES.
